When Leaders Come to Me

Leaders often reach out at an inflection point.

  • 01Stepping into a new executive or physician leadership role and needing to establish authority, clarity, and positioning quickly
  • 02Considering a transition from clinical practice into leadership, informatics, AI, consulting, or industry
  • 03Navigating organizational politics, resistance, or unclear authority in a complex health system
  • 04Preparing for a major interview, board presentation, promotion, or high-stakes negotiation
  • 05Feeling that their current role no longer matches their capability, ambition, or strategic direction
  • 06Building executive presence, strategic judgment, and the communication skills that board-level accountability demands

The work is not generic motivation. It is structured, direct, and focused on the decisions that matter most.

The Core Focus Areas

Clarity. Judgment.
Execution.

Most leaders already know what needs to change. What they need is the structured space, honest challenge, and practical accountability to act on it with precision.

Executive Presence
Authority, communication, and influence at the highest level
Strategic Positioning
Career trajectory, role alignment, and next move clarity
Organizational Complexity
Navigating resistance, politics, and institutional dynamics
High-Stakes Decisions
Frameworks for decisions with real professional and organizational consequence
The Six Pillars

The framework every engagement is built on.

01
Visionary Clarity
Define a clear, credible vision that can be communicated, defended, and executed. Vague vision creates organizational drift. Precise vision creates alignment.
02
Executive Communication
Strengthen how you influence upward, align stakeholders laterally, and communicate under pressure. Authority without communication is invisible.
03
Strategic Judgment
Improve how you evaluate options, handle ambiguity, and make high-stakes decisions when the information is incomplete and the stakes are real.
04
Leadership Presence
Align how you show up in rooms with the authority and accountability of the role you hold. Presence is not personality. It is precision.
05
Accountability Architecture
Build systems that create organizational follow-through without relying on personality, urgency, or individual heroics to sustain execution.
06
Career & Identity Alignment
Clarify whether your current role, next move, and leadership identity are still aligned. Misalignment at this level is expensive and detectable by everyone but you.
The Coaching Process

Three stages. No ambiguity.

01
Clarify
Identify the real leadership, career, or organizational challenge beneath the presenting issue. Most leaders come in with a symptom. We work on the source.
02
Strategize
Build a practical plan around positioning, communication, decision-making, and execution. Every plan is specific to your context, your organization, and your next move.
03
Execute
Use accountability, structured reflection, and iteration to turn insight into sustained leadership behavior. Insight without execution is just awareness.

About Dr. Sadeghian

The coaching comes from having led at this level.

I did not enter coaching from a background in organizational psychology or corporate training. I entered it from 15 years of executive accountability inside complex healthcare organizations, carrying the weight of decisions that had real clinical, financial, and institutional consequences.

I am a board-certified pediatrician, physician executive, Co-Chair of the HIMSS Physician Committee, and a Board Certified Coach credentialed through the Center for Credentialing and Education. I have built and led multi-disciplinary organizations of 140+ staff spanning Clinical IT, Coding, HIM, CDI, Revenue Cycle, and Training. I have navigated board-level accountability, enterprise technology transformation, and the organizational resistance that comes with leading real change.

I operate at the intersection of clinical leadership, AI governance, and legal accountability in healthcare. That combination is rare. It means I can coach a CMIO on enterprise AI strategy, a physician on how to close the gap between clinical credibility and executive authority, and a health-tech founder on what a health system compliance officer will actually ask before signing a contract.

I have authored 11 books on AI, leadership, and healthcare strategy and spoken at 85+ national conferences. Every coaching engagement I take is shaped by the lived reality of operating at that level, not theory borrowed from another industry.
